YM selvitti kansallisia rajausmahdollisuuksia EU:n
määräaikaiseen luvitusasetukseen kulttuurihistoriallisesti arvokkaissa kohteissa.
Kysely toteutettiin 13.4.–12.5.2023. Vastauksia saatiin 64 kunnasta.
Neuvoston määräaikainen asetus kehyksestä uusiutuvan energian käyttöönoton
nopeuttamiseksi (EU) 2022/2577 (ns. luvitusasetus) annettiin vuoden 2022 lopulla ja se on
voimassa 30.6.2024 asti. Asetuksella asetetaan tiettyjen uusiutuvan energian hankkeiden
lupamenettelyille (aurinkoenergialaitteet, alle 50 kW:n lämpöpumput ja uusiutuvan energian
voimalaitosten päivityshankkeet) enimmäisaikoja. Työ- ja elinkeinoministeriö ja
ympäristöministeriö ovat 8.2.2023 antaneet asetuksen johdosta soveltamisohjeen.
Asetus kasvattaa tarvetta hyville käytänteille ja ohjeistukselle uusiutuvan energian sovittamisesta kulttuurihistoriallisesti arvokkaisiin kohteisiin.
